Herb & Gail (Sluder) Christensen ('68/69)

"Gail and I met at NC in the Fall of 1965 and were married in June 1967. I/we came back to NC to graduate in 1968. Upon graduation we accepted our first solo pastorate. As the years have progressed, God gave us three beautiful children who have subsequently graduated from Northwest as well. Now we have eight delightful grandchildren. Gail is a level seven stylist at Third Dimension in Aberdeen. She has been honored by three paid trips to New York City for specialized training. We are fulfilled with God's call upon our lives in over forty years of ministry as pastors in churches throughout Washington, Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, and Nebraska. Presently, we are in our ninth year at Heritage Family Church in Aberdeen, WA and seeing a marvelous transformation of lives in an old former Aberdeen downtown theater.
